About Us

The Center for Research in Implementation Science and Prevention (CRISP) is one of three national centers funded by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) that focuses on improving clinical preventive services within primary care practice.

CRISP brings together expertise in implementation of preventive services, practice-based research networks (PBRNs) and national authorities in innovative health information technology (HIT).

Implementation Science is an emerging and dynamic research discipline focused on understanding and improving the adoption of appropriate health care and services in real-world settings.

Researchers and other health professionals want to learn more about implementation science to increase the impact of their work on population and patient health. Responding to this need, the Center for Research in Implementation Science and Prevention (CRISP) at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus developed this interactive e-Book as an educational resource.

We hope you find it is a useful tool.
